If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise to our warehouse for an exchange or full refund.  To show we are serious about our 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed, each shipment is provided with a pre-paid envelope with our return address on it.  That's means return shipping is absolutely FREE.  All we ask is that you return the merchandise to us in the same condition as you received them and in the original packing.  Please note at the moment the free return policy is available to Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand only.

For buyers in other countries, we would only provide free return shipping if the fault is ours.

All returns must be made within 99 Days of receipt to receive a free replacement or a full refund on the product.
