What is Capsuco?
Capsuco is powered by
the imagination and talents of the artistic communities, where
creativity meets printable art, such as t shirts. Drawing the latest
techniques of print on demand technology, Capsuco is able to connect
people of all backgrounds around the world to share and sell their
artwork through t shirts.

How to upload your
artwork for sale
Step
1 : Login into your account
Step
2 : In your user account, sign up as Capsuco Creator
and create your profile
Step
3 : At the top of your account page, click on "My
Capules"
Step 4 :
In the "My Creative
Capsules" page, click on "Download our Capsuco artwork template here to
properly upload your
artwork".
Right
clicked on the file and save the image into your hard drive. Step 4 :
Step 5 :
Follow the
instructions on how to place and
save your artwork onto the template using softwares like Gimp or Photoshop.
Step 6 :
Once the artwork is ready, go back to "My
Capsules" page, click on the
"New Capsule" button
Step 7 :
Put in the name of
your artwork, and the story behind it. Upload the image of your
artwork.
If you prefer your
artwork on
a specific t shirt color, you can upload another file (jpeg, 500 x 500)
of your artwork with your choice of background color.
Step 8 :
That's it. Your
image is now pending for
approval. Once approved, the artwork would be available in selected
tees at a given price. For each t shirt sold (regardless of the
retail price set), you will received USD 3 as your commission.

How does it all
work?
Step
1 : You upload your artwork using our template.
Step
2 : Your artwork will go
through the approval process, and we will be assigned to the chosen t
shirt colors
Step
3 : When someone buy the t shirt with your design,
the commission will be credited
to your account.

Payment
There are 3 options
of payment. You can be paid via paypal, bank checks or bank
transfers.
On the Payment Option
section within your Creative Capsule account, you choose which payment
method you prefer. Sales commission of 20% will be credited to
your account everytime your design is sold through our t shirts.
Every month, we would automatically sent out the payment to your
personal account if the amount is more than $20.
You can choose to
withdraw the money at anytime. There will be admin fee of $2 if the
amount withdrew is less than $20. If the amount is more than $20,
there is no charge.
Sometimes
a portion of your payment might be withhold from withdrawal until the
payment from the customer has cleared. The maximum days for the
withhold
period is only 7 days, which either the customer would have complete
the transaction or the purchase would be canceled. In the event
of purchase cancelation, your commission would be canceled as well.

Key
Tags
Keyword tags are
relevant keywords that describe the artwork. It provides other and
search engines to look for the artwork. When uploading your work to
Capsuco, be creative and smart about your keyword tags. Think of what
other people might type in when searching for your artwork.
Others who view your
page are able to put in their own keyword tags as well.

Artwork
Requirements
You should submit
finished artwork only and work that you are proud to show. Each
artwork will be reviewed and assigned to a choice of color tees.
The work submitted hould be original. You are
encouraged to use as much as colors as possible.
Your artwork
> should be submitted
in png format
only. Make sure you set the background layer as transparent
> pixel size at
least
1200 x 1200 and dpi of more than 299
If some artwork we
deemed inappropriate for our website, we reserve the right to remove
the artwork without due notice. However if you feel it was unfair
or have doubts regarding the removal, you may contact us here.

How the artwork
would
be displayed
Each artwork would
usually be positioned in the middle of the t shirt. Once we
receive your artwork, we will assign the t shirts available for that
particular design.
If you wish to place
your artwork in a different position other than the middle area, you
can let us know by uploading your artwork with our template. You
can download the template here.
Make sure to place your artwork within the print area only.

Yes,
you can pay in other currencies than USD.
To
simplify the
purchasing process, Capsuco follow a simple fixed based currency
rate. Our rates are reviewed every 2 weeks unless there is an
immediate need to revise our rates. Here's a table of different
currencies and its rates that Capsuco accept as payment.

locations where you can pick up your purchases. No delivery and
handling charges.

Payment
You
can pay either through Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfers, Money
Orders, or
Cheques. You would have to complete the payment in 7 days or the
purchase order would be automatically canceled.
You
can rest assure when paying with your credit card. Capsuco
uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to safeguard your personal
information. Your information such as credit card numbers and its
details are encrypted so there is no third party can access your
information. SSL is the industry standard and best guard for secure
ecommerce transactions.
The
Fair Credit Billing Act also protect you from fraudulent
changes for anything more than $50.00.

Delayed Delivery
While
we here at Capsuco.com try to ship your goods as soon as possible,
delay does happen once in a while. That is why we recommend you take
the express shipping if you are a rush. Contact our customer service and we will
check with our shipper as where is your package and how we can speed up
the process to getting it into your hands.

I am not happy
with my
purchase.
We
are truly sorry about your dissatisfaction regarding either our service
or merchandise. If for any reason at all you are not satisfied
